Mooring Eats was founded in 2019 by its Syrian owners. With many expertise and skills brought from the middle east, they were able to establish a reflection of our true and authentic food.

Spiro Restaurant, Latakia, Syria.
Spiro Restaurant was a well known destination to many locals and tourists from outside the city. Emphasis was put on the food, for which it has a reputation amongst Syrian visitors as the best in town. Customers enjoyed being invited to the kitchen selecting a fish to take to the grill, where fresh meets flavour. We hope to bring the authenticity & taste to a restaurant near you.
